If you're willing to spend the money, Melodyne has some amazing features and is the most natural sounding imo. It can detect a single out of tune string from a guitar track and correct it, but even the basic functions work great. I know a few high level engineers who swear by it. We have optimized the FX drop down menus. Shortening them and adding scroll allows for a larger FX list and stops the list obscuring the library.
